Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."
