"If you buy a water heater yourself, Harris will get you a better install deal than the big box store, and are likely much easier to schedule. There were no high pressure sales techniques or anything like that. They noticed one of the emergency drain pipes didn’t run all the way outside and got that sorted for me. Just a great experience all around."

"We have used other companies for services but when it came to replacing both A/C units we went with Ragsdale and we are very pleased. They are polite and professional. Highly recommend them for your home or business."

"They were only one to respond in reasonable time after I posted for the job. Kept me informed when they would arrive. Stayed with job until it was finished. Gave me tips in case of any problems in the future. When water heater has to be replaced will be calling on them to do the installation. I highly recommend them for any water heater/ plumbing job that needs to be done! I definitely recommend using them to anyone."

"Awesome as usual. I needed space to add a 1/2 bathroom... Ron converted me from a huge hot water heater to an outdoor tankless unit. I have contracted him many times for nearly a decade. He has repaired leaky copper pipes and even installed an irrigation pump for my outdoor sprinkler system."

"We have used Houser Heating and Air for more than 16 years. The owner, Gary Houser, is a consummate professional and we have recommended him and his staff to many friends in the Atlanta area. Houser workmen replaced our furnace and air conditioning units several years ago, and the price was fair, the work was timely and well done - they even cleaned up before they left so you couldn't tell they had removed that 25 year old monster furnace from under our house.

"Kane Williams arrived promptly, assessed the problem and got right to work replacing a portion of leaking pvc pipe at the water meter. He did a great job in a timely manner, and the price was fair. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, he will be my go to person ."

"I was thrilled and impressed by their commitment to install my tankless hot water heater correctly. It was overall a pleasant experience and I would use them in the future!"
