Ken Kaiser called back within a of minute and he fixed the problem 1 1/2 hours later. 5 stars for speed! Ken was very friendly and understanding of my situation and gave me good advice on water damage. Many thanks."

"Chris and his assistant did an excellent job of explaining the situation and options for repairing or replacing our hot water heater. In the end we chose to replace it and they were able to secure a new unit and install it within 3 hours. Also did a great job of soldering all connections instead of relying on cheap, leaky press- on fittings. Looked great afterwards. Price was very reasonable too.
