He was prompt in coming over to our home over a month ago and seemed knowledgeable about the various brands and types of composite decking materials. "All Ways was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I called 2 companies to get a bid for yard clean-up. Alex came to my house on time to do a walk-thru and bid for clean-up, weeding and pruning. His price seemed quite reasonable to me, but I got a second estimate which was $200 higher. After the initial bid, I decided to apply fresh bark and weed control to complete the job. I had both companies give me a price for that - the prices were identical. I chose All Ways based on Alex's lower overall price and he had a good personal touch. The next task was scheduling the job. Alex was prepared to do the work immediately which is what I wanted, but he preferred to do the work on the next Saturday (2 days away). Because of the shared driveways in my neighborhood, I told Alex I preferred he do the work on a weekday so as not to block my neighbor's driveway with the bark truck. Alex was very accomodating and agreed to do the job the next day. The work was very professionally and efficiently done. The yard clean-up was very detailed and the bark looks great. Alex was very easy to work with. Overall a great job and great service. I'm now talking to Alex about making repairs to a fence."

"Overall, I was pleased with the outcome of the project. There was a minor communication problem when speaking over the phone, but that was resolved when using text.
We wanted to install a patio to help sell our home and time was crucial to schedule someone to come out in late summer. Rocky fast to respond to our first call and came out within a few days to scope the work. What I didn't realize at the time was that he does not provide any designs, but did provide his input with the best way to layout the bricks and slope. Also, scheduling was given vaguely and no estimated times provided, other than we will be out sometime in Sept.
Once we decided on a pattern and provided to Rocky, he then said we were scheduled out to Oct.  I expressed my concern with the timing and the initial expectation to complete in Sept. He was kind and responded by switching other jobs to accommodate our 2-day project. He was always patient and kind to work with.
His staff that installed were very knowledgeable, professional and finished the job on-time.
Overall, I am pleased with using A-1 Rocky Landscaping once we were able to get past the communication and expectation barriers.  If you know what you want, have the plans and design, then I would recommend to use them.

"I took the day off so I could be there when they started the project and he didn't show and never contacted me. Had to call and get new start date. He shifted the start date with letting me know Was supposed to use stainless nails and did not. He did adjust the price by $100 after I noticed that he'd used all galvanized nails. I was not happy that the stainless nails weren't used. Gates had big gap between gate and post. He did fix this when I asked him to come back. He damaged my neighbors fence and when I complained he partially repaired what he damaged. Instead of calling again I completed the repair myself."
