"Vasyl Liagu and his assistant from 2 Plumbers arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment and got right to work. They were very professional, did an outstanding job and did even more than I was expecting. For instance they had to reconfigure the copper intake and out flow copper pipes to fit properly with the new hot water heater and add another drainage pipe. I was not charged extra for these needed modifications. The job was completed in about an hour and a half and Vasyl cleaned up the mess and debris and even swept the floor. And even before the installation Vasyl was always available to answer any questions regarding the project and his replies were always concise leaving me feeling comfortable that he was addressing my concerns. "Did a fine job. Very responsive and could have had someone out the same day. Our project was no emergency, so they came the next day. Arrived during the specified 2 hour time window. Took about 3 hours to remove the broken spigot, go to buy a new one and install. Also recommended an upgrade of a water shut off valve that will be a nice addition to prevent future freezing. Only downside is that the overall price was a little high. Upfront by the job pricing is nice if things get complicated, but you end up paying a little more than you should for simple jobs especially when they have to cover costs of getting leads through Angi. Overall, very happy with their work. The guys were friendly and helped me understand a little about how the work was being completed."
