"Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. Awesome customer service!! Great company!!"

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. "The plumber showed up on time and actually called when he was about 30 minutes away. He had the necessary repair part on his van and was able to complete the job in approx. 90 minutes. Nice attitude and cleaned up the area before he departed the bathroom. I can't say enough about Vista Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and it is always perfect. "Overall great experience. Donald, the inspector, arrived early and patiently waited with me for my real estate agent to arrive. Donald did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside units. He was very knowledgable about pertinent laws and regulations and took his time to explain them. He also explained that the HVAC unit is old, but functioning and that it may have to be replaced in a couple of years. When that day comes I will definitely call Carini again, and ask for Donald."

"When I first talked to Al he walked me through some items to see if I could do the repair myself. Once we figured out the level of the repair needed he immediately came over the next morning. By noon that day he had replaced my water heater, brought it up to code and charged a very fair amount. He also removed lines and capped them that were no longer in use that was not related to the water heater replacement. Al is old school and I very much appreciated his honesty as well as trying to work through the problem. Two other companies, they remain anonymous but both are on TV, came out and didn't look at the water repair heater to repair but just gave me an extremely high cost to replace.
