"A R Crowell completed the project I asked them to but communication was pretty poor. I could not get them to give me a copy of the receipt for the shower pan they installed which came with a lifetime warranty. Then they installed their own shower door which I had to pay for instead of even trying to see if the one I had previously installed would work. The quality of the work has been good so far. I just wish communication would have been better."

They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Al was our PM for the demolition and build-out phases. Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."
