"This is the 2nd or 3rd time that we used Jimmy and couldn't have been more pleased. My house felt like a sauna and we were desperate for Jimmy to come over. He was extremely busy however he found time to stop by. We were told that we needed a new unit and by 3:30 the following day, we had a new unit installed. Can't get better service than that!!!"

I stopped the wash and shut down the water to the toilet...and immediately went to Angie's to make a list for the next morning. I made calls to many available plumbers the next morning....most went to voice-mail. Fred answered his phone, and even though on a job told me he could come by around 3PM.....at 3pm he arrived with his helper. He explained to us exactly what he needed to do.....we were not surprised as we had this done before....he had to remove the toilet, rather than put the heavy snaking machine on our steep roof. We agreed. He did the work...checked to make sure everything was working and flowing..and replaced the toilet perfectly. He gave us advice as to how to prevent this from happening again. DJ sympathized with our situation and managed to schedule one of their plumbers who had expert knowledge of our water heater to make a call to our home in between a couple of other service calls that he had to make. When Keith showed up, he was very polite and professional and immediately put protective slippers on over his work boots. He set to work and had our hot water heater repaired in no time. I would totally recommend this company. In fact, I gave their name to my realtor so that she could add them to her agency's list of recommended plumbers."

Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
