"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Quick, professional with all leaks repaired,"

"Appliance repaired day after micro failed to work. Service was great. Tech was awesome. We are completely satisfied I would definitely recommend."

"Our furnace lost power and Tim was able to make it out the same day when other companies were 4-7 days out! Tim was a consumate professional. He is extremely courteous and definitely knows what he is doing. He was able to fix our problem using parts that I had on-hand, so I only had to pay the service fee. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. In short, he will be my first call from now on for any furnace or AC problems!"

"I called to have them fix my 2006 GE Clothes Washer at 9:30 this morning. Service Tech came out within 2 hours. Very friendly, NO "creepy vibes", and comparable rates. He showed me how to take the front face of the washer off to unclog a hose--something the company warranty did not divulge within their "trouble shooting" pages--it only required a putty knife to release the 2 hidden latches--apparently GE didn't want to risk some dingaling suing for possible electroc shock for messing with electrical components. He had it working within 10 minutes but took an additional 10+ minutes to show many the inner workings of the machine. HAPPY!"

"A representative from Expert Appliance Repair responded immediately (minutes upon entering my HomeAdvisor request for repair) with a phone call. Amber was polite, professional and friendly. She had a repairman come out a few hours after I called. He was dressed properly with a face mask and coverings on his feet. He too was polite and professional. After closely examining the washing machine, he told me what was wrong (it was the timer), the part that was needed, and the cost to repair it. He detailed each item on the invoice and told me if I wanted the repair, they would order the part and install it as soon arrived. Two days later the part arrived, and Amber called to see if someone could come out that day to install it. Anthony, the repairman was, as all employees I dealt with, polite, professional and dressed accordingly in this current COVID-19. In the future, should I need an appliance repaired, Expert Appliance will be the company I call."

"Major repair - had to order parts on Wirlpool Washer."

"Polite, timely, found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Stayed around to see if his work was done correctly and did not leave a mess behind for me to clean. Very reasonably priced."

"I called for a dryer repair on Thursday and they were there on Friday. They already had picked up the parts needed based on information they asked of me at the time of booking the appointment. That was key! They were on time, professional, and had my machine humming like brand new in no time at all. And, my service person cleaned up afterward and I could not be more pleased with the work. And, all things considered, the price was very reasonable. I hope I don't have any other appliance repairs needed anytime soon, but if I do I know who to call, APEX!!!"

"It went very well. They were able to schedule me very quickly and arrived on time for my 2 appointments. The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and got the job done right the first time. I've run a few loads of laundry with no issues. I'd use their service again."
