Thomas arrived, gave us an estimate, had the part on his truck and replaced the cartridge in the faucet, in less than an hour. He was very professional, explained the problem and possible scenarios if the problem was not the cartridge. He was also friendly and calm with our very friendly dog. The only reservation was that the price seemed high, but I don't know whether this is typical, since I recently moved to this area."
