Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. "Two valves and a leak were repaired. I started with old rusted main that was leaking. While doing the work I asked to have the hose bib updated and the system sprung a leak that was also repaired. Daniel Medina was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, fast thorough and did a great job. I was so impressed!. Prices seemed a bit high but Daniel did such a great job I barely noticed the sting.
