"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"Carl was extremely professional and went above and beyond in helping me replace my old water heater. He installed a top-rated water heater at a very competitive price. Great experience all around!"

"Great service. The technician came early and replaced the water heater in a few hours. Was very professional and knowledgeable"

"I replaced the water heater and all is well"

"Excellent customer service. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They understood my needs and the urgency of my project -I placed a call to get an estimate, 5 hours later I had a brand new water heater installed."

"Technician (Charle) came to assess a problem i had with my hot water heater. He was professional and approchable. His assessment and explanation of the situation and of available fix options to the customer was clear and most importantly, honest and useful. My appreciation!"

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"I am a repeat customer. The are the best. Wear mask. Courteous. Friendly in a business way. I will always recommend them. Also had a hot water tank replaced 2 years ago."

"We chose BeastBay Plumbing for a complete home repipe after meeting with several companies. Ron Buris and Jovon were professional and promised great service, which is why we hired them. I requested the work be permitted. The crew worked hard, but cleanup could have been better. Unfortunately, the day after the job was completed, a newly installed pipe behind our chimney leaked, soaking our brick fireplace. They repaired it, but it leaked again a couple of days later, causing more water damage. We had to shut off our water and went without water until Monday because no technician was available Sunday. I was told someone would bring fans to dry the area, but no one came, so I rented them myself. The city later failed the inspection, requiring additional corrections. We paid quite a bit for this project. After final payment, communication became very poor. I expected better follow-up and accountability for a job of this size."

"I called on Friday and Pierre came out on Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about replacing my wall heater that was very old. He also negotiated a discount on the full price which was great. He was very polite and scheduled the full service for Monday morning. Pierre replaced the furnace on Monday. I wasn't there, my brother was, but the heater works great and with a new thermostat on the wall. The company was great and so are their employees. I will definitely use them for my yearly maintenance of my new furnace and would recommend this company. Thank you so much for the fast response, professional work, and taking the old furnace away."
