He checked with his guy who was tied up on a job that took longer than anticipated. He called me back right away and said he personally would come out and do the work. He was at my house at the scheduled time, was very professional and friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. There was no mess, he put covers on his boots when he came in the house, and he answered all my sump pump questions.
