"Yes, they worked at restoring the heater on my water heater, went and got the part they needed, and made sure they got the heat restored and the temperature set to my satisfaction. They also made sure they put everything back to the way it was when they arrived. They were very pleasant and professional. Have them in my phone book--hope I DON'T need them, but if I do need a plumber, their number is in my book!"

"I had him install a water heater and whole home water filtration awhile back. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and was decently priced. I appreciated that he held to his word even after a couple bumps in the road. I don’t have any photos of it when it was done but it is behind my wall"

"I got a high quote from Ashbusters.  It was actually almost two years ago that they were here.  I want to say it was like $99.  They did a fine job with the cleaning, there was something special about the cleaning, they did a good job on that it's just the call for the repair was a bit expensive.  What they did was fine.  I think they were courteous and punctual and they did clean the chimney but I think maybe their knowledge with, you know, maybe they need a little more knowledge with what needs to be done with chimneys.  It seemed like the air on the side of doing more work instead of what actual needs to be done to the chimney. I think because it's such a large company that it probably varies between the service techs that have knowledge.  The chimney was clean.  They were on time, I think.  Since I've been a member they seem fine and they showed up clean and on time.  I would probably not use this provider in the future.  I think I found a better cost at the same quality."

"Excellent Service! They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Great communication and very punctual which I greatly appreciate especially in today’s world. I would definitely hire them again for any work I need done. Thank you!"

"Really well- needed more repair then we realized did a great job neat no mess and was very good at explaining what was needed and why.  He is definitely coming back.  Honest and caring.

"I phoned mid-morning and said I needed same-day service The plumber arrived at the front end of a two-hour window (1-3 p.m.) and completed the job in about three hours at the low end of the cost estimate provided to me. This is a rental property so I did not see the work done but my tenant has hot water again so I deem this a success."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"
