"Was able to have both water heater update and installation went smoothly."

"With Water Heaters Plus , we got a better price on a hot water heater than other companies had quoted us. The product also had a much better warranty. Customer service was great."

"We are thrilled with the service, efficiency and professionalism of the staff at Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company! We had an issue with a faucet leaking and it was affecting our ability to have hot water. We called a plumbing company we have used for several years and were told they couldn't get to us for nearly two weeks! We decided to check Angi's list last night and we chose Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company. My husband, Greg, phoned them this morning and even though they said they were quite busy, they would work to fit us in tomorrow morning. But then my husband received a call and was told the plumber, Bill H. was on his way to our home. Bill fixed the issue within a short period of time and the leak stopped. We still need to do more work on the main bathroom tub fixtures, but that can wait. We’re over the moon to have our hot water back! Highly, highly recommend Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company to you."

"Phenomenal service from sales to installation. My home was left the way they found it, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me that I needed to know. Highly recommend this company."

"water heater installed; completely clogged pipe replaced."

"Great 👍 job well done the service men were very polite"

"Deion replaced the hot water heater, a shower cartridge and a sink cartridge in my home. I am completely satisfied the work. I highly recommend Deion for any plumbing repairs."

"John and Michael are great; true professionals. Arrived on time, did quality work replacing our water heater and cleaned after the job. Will be calling them again and definitely will refer this pair to friends and family."

"The first tiem they showed up to install the water heater, they had not made an appointment and there was no one there to let them in. Once they made an appointment, they were there promptly and worked well."

"Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!"
