Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Princess Anne, MD

"They demonstrated excellence in understanding the need, responsiveness, communicating every action to be taken ahead of time, calculating a fair estimate, explaining options for replacement, timeliness, and exceeding all expectations. Our technician, Zach Womer was outstanding in diagnosing the issues with my water heater, recommending replacements by listing the strengths and limitations of each choice, explaining the installation, confirming the availability of the replacement, estimating installation timing accurately, completing the job thoroughly and neatly, and most of all always staying in touch including after the services were provided. Poseidon and Zach are outstanding and deserving of customers' confidence."

"Jeff Matthews of Precision Plumber did excellent work. He was friendly and professional. He coordinated his job with other workers and left the worksite clean. He was efficient and stayed late to complete the work. Very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would definitely use him again for future work. The tankless gas hot water heater works great!

"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

"It went well. The install was done in approximately 3 hours; knowledgeable technicians. Our drinking water tastes amazing and resolved hard water problem."

"The Petro team did exactly what they proposed to do on time and with high quality.  The project took over 6 months from beginning to end due to delays by Washington Gas.

The team for the oil tank removal did they job when they said they would.  They were careful to minimize disruption to my property and they cleaned up after they did the work.  I had a minor hazmat situation, and they recommended a consultant to help me with this.

The team for the furnace and hot water installation were on location when they said they would be here.  This was a rather lengthy process because of the terrible service by Washington Gas.  But the Petro team was excellent.  The installation looks good and most importantly, the furnace and hot water heater have worked great.

My primary contact with Petro was through sales.  The agent was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the six months. His information and suggestions caused me to select Petro from 5 other businesses that I interviewed for the project.  And I am very pleased with the result.

I highly recommend Petro Home Services."

"They came to look at my water heater. It was leaking. They came the next day and replaced it with a new tankless water heater. Job went very smoothly. No hiccups. Very neat. Very polite and friendly. I am delighted."

"Same day, weekend, emergency water heater replacement! Service was excellent and completed in a quick, professional manner!"

"Paul and associates did a terrific job. The installation went very well. The unit used was not the typical unit because our house I'd so large. Paul utilized a hot water distributor from our old hot water heater. We now have instant hot water all over the house.
I will use Surfside in the future!

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
