When I requested that the $616 I had already paid?especially since the issue was never fixed?be applied toward the new work, they refused. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

"Plumber came as promised and was able to fix the problem that afternoon. We needed a new expeller and he gave us the price for both models that would fit our system. He was courteous and work area was left cleaner then what it was when he found it. He also pointed out an electrical issue that he was unable to fix, but that we would want to have our electrician take care of sooner rather than later."
