He was even available at midnight when we thought there was an issue but realized it was no issue at all and he was ready to come to the house regardless! "Alec from Aqua Sewer & Drain Service very professional when he showed up to check the water leak we had. Alec diagnosed the issue and said we needed an expansion tank since it cracked and that’s where all the water was leaking from. He said we don’t need a water heater because that is functioning properly. He took some pictures and then went to get the parts and came back within 30 mins and started the work. You can tell he really knew what he was doing. He had all the right tools in his work truck. He removed the old expansion tank and put in the new expansion tank and a shut off valve and he also strapped the expansion tank so it got added support. He also check the water pressure and looked for leaks before he left. We had this issue Friday night around 11pm and we call his company Saturday morning and he should up at 8am. It took about 2 hours before he finished. Alec was very knowledgeable, he also wore booties on his shoes in our house. I would recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain Services to anyone who has any plumbing issues. We live in South Brunswick NJ."

Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. "Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done.
