"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"This is about the fourth time I've used Tony's Plumbing. They always do an excellent job for me and something just as important, I feel I can trust them to give me an honest answer when they come out to do a job for me. Had them out to do clean a slow drain that had been this way for some time. Had considered getting another company out that I had a coupon for, but then decided to to call Tony's instead since I can trust them if there were additional problem. Glad I did since it turned out to be a lot more complicated than just putting a snake down the pipe as their snake kept getting stuck. Paul, the tech doing the job, finally had to replace a section of the pipe and now drain is running freely again. I have also had them out to replace my water heater, replace my kitchen sink and reroute a drain from my HVAC. They have done a good job for me each time. They are definitely my go to plumber."

"The gents from Burris were excellent. When I called to have them check our water heater and furnace, they were very responsive. I was concerned that they might not be able to make it out the same day as I was calling in the later part of the afternoon, but they said that they could come that day at 3:30pm. Needless to say, at 3:30 on the dot, they were pulling up to our driveway. That in itself is impressive! They greeted me courteously, didn't chitchat or waste time, but went straight to work checking on the water heater (which had gotten wet during our last big rain), and soon diagnosed the problem. The burner had water in it. Since I was not over their shoulder watching, they certainly could have said I needed a new burner assembly, a new thermocouple, valve control unit, or all three (since those got wet as well) - all of which would have made them more money in parts and labor. Instead, they dumped the water, cleaned and dried out the burner, and got us going again. They even let us know that there might be a future issue with the ignitor, but that as it dried out, it would probably work just fine (they could have just charged us to replace it when it didn't necessarily need to be). They were ethical, actually did troubleshooting to fix the problem instead of simply replacing parts, and ended up charging very reasonably for their labor. They looked at the furnace as well, said they couldn't really get to a thorough exam right away, but contacted one of their associates who could. They went above and beyond in doing so. They could easily have said they needed to come back later - thus saving the job for themselves. Instead, they got us together with someone else, even though it cost them the $$ they would have gotten by keeping that job for themselves. They showed they were more concerned with making sure the customer got what they needed instead of keeping the money and the job. THIS is how a company gets repeat business! I highly recommend Burris Brothers, and will use them again for future plumbing and heating needs."

"The team of this company which included Samuel, Agapito and Sergio did a wonderful job. The job was really hard. It included removing an old water heater from a small cabinet under the stairs and placing a new heater which was taller. I am very grateful for their job."

"Very pleased with their prompt efficient service. They replaced my leaky pipe in the wall and pulled out the bad one through the attic. Quick and clean, no mess! I highly recommend Good Guy Plumbing!"

"All the people sent to my home were professional, friendly and efficient. Eric, the repair tech, had to give me the bad news that my furnace was not repairable. He listened to my requirements and desires for the replacement and gave me a solution that matched at a reasonable cost. Novlin and Brandon came the next day to install the unit. They were careful of my home and floors. They installed the new furnace quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Before leaving, they showed me pictures of the work in the areas that I couldn't easily get to like the attic and roof. I'm very happy with the whole project"

"Had the water on/off to the washer break off, had a very minor flood… thank goodness I knew how to turn off the water to the house. Glover plumbing arrived, quickly corrected the damage, and gave me good advice, too. I knew this was not something I could do myself, and was not disappointed. Save this phone number and listing in case you need a good plumber, because this is the one you want to keep on hand. Highly recommended."

"Prompt service — Daniel came out the same day to perform routine maintenance on my tankless water heater. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. He also gave me helpful guidance about planning and budgeting for a future replacement, which made the process feel much less stressful. I appreciated the transparency!"

"I was in dire need of a plumber because the valve that adds water to my pool was broken and it would not shut off. We had to shut off the water to my house to prevent flooding of the pool. Enter Rooter ER & Plumbing to the rescue. He was extremely knowledgeable about what was required just by looking at the picture I sent over the phone. He gave me options and quite reasonable prices. Doing the work, he was extremely efficient and thorough. He would not stop until it was up to a standard that he expected of himself for his own home. When I went out to look at/inspect his work, he was extremely patient and he explained to me everything that he had done and the benefits of getting this done. Being a complete novice in the realm of plumbing, I was extremely grateful for him taking the time to explain this to me. I was extremely happy with his work, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a friendly neighborhood plumber."

"Tony was good mostly. Pros: He was on time every time. This is big for contractors. He was on time for estimates and both times he had to come to place He was the best priced The water heater is installed and working. Cons: His quote was very vague. He told me he would put plywood and install a replacement water heater. And he did. However, the first time he installed was with OSD board...basically looked like junkyard plywood that they put underneath water heater... not good and it was inside my house, maybe if this was in a garage you could get away with it, buy my water heater is in my closet. The first time they came out they installed the wrong water heater, claiming mixup at the warehouse. I can not confirm or validate this, but they did come back the next day with the correct size and also replaced the particle board stuff with real solid plywood that he put a layer of paint on. Once the discovery of the error with the wrong water heater and the bad wood. Communication got very short. He agreed to get replaced then hung up on me. We ended up texting and I offered to pay a bit extra for higher quality material, I just asked that he let me know what that cost would be. He never told me what the new cost would be until the job was completed and I was given the bill. Overall: All in all, he is very well priced, his people were on time and professional, and he did what he said he would do, so he is an honest contractor which is good. My experience was not the best but I would give him a call again however would request a more detailed quote."
