"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"Spoke to a freiendly rep regarding replacing the water heater. She asked about my existing one and what she recommend. Gave me a quote and the time over the phone. Next day received email with the work order specifying the terms and the quoted price. On the appointment date, got a call from dispatcher that someone is on the way. Person came as promised on the date and time (actually little early) and I got my hot water heater replaced. Price was as quoted and no hidden surprises. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend to others."

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"
