"On Memorial Day weekend our 28 year old air conditioner failed.  We called Dayco systems on Tuesday morning and they came out Tuesday afternoon.  The service technician checked out the AC compressor and found that the motor was bad and told us it would cost almost $600.00 to replace.  We felt that, since the air conditioner & furnace were 28 years old and original to the house, it simply wasn't worth putting the money into fixing that old a unit.  The technician gave us several options for fixing the entire air conditioning & furnace system as well as payment and financing options.  We had all the information, in hand, to make a decision.  When we decided what we wanted, we called the office and told them we would like to schedule the replacement.  We got a call that afternoon that they would replace our entire system the next day.  The were here right on time and worked until after 7:00PM to get the job done and done right.  We love the new system which works great and highly recommend Dayco Systems to everyone.  Their service is highly professional as well as courteous and reasonable.

While they explained that the materials may increase the quoted price, they did not indicate that it might be $800 or more. Aside from this, the Company and the Plumber they sent were very professional and the quality of work was great. Next time, however, I will know to request specifics regarding additional materials cost, and I advise others to do so as well."
