"Hot water heater burst late in evening. I called first thing the next morning and spoke directly with Donald. He said he would be here to repair/replace our hot water heater around noon. He got to our home around 11:40, checked water pressure and hot water heater to find the problem and determined the hot water heater did need to be replaced. He removed old hot water heater, installed the new one, re-worked a little of the plumbing and replaced the thermal expansion tank in 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. "We had a new gas tankless hot water heater installed in our new home by a different plumbing company approximately eight months ago. A few weeks ago, our carbon monoxide detectors went off in our home in the middle of the night, I was home alone due to my husband working out of town so I called 911 and the fire department came out. Fortunately, the hot water heater was in the garage so the carbon monoxide was primarily in the garage with small outs detected where the garage door leads into the house but, our grand childrenâ s bedrooms are right next to the garage so this could have been catastrophic.
