Called them 9:30 PM. They answered and advised they were on a call-out and would it be OK to come to the house Sunday morning, I agreed because the toilet & drains were slowly draining. 8:30 AM Sunday morning received a call from OWEN he is on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes and diagnosed the issue. OWEN explained thoroughly the work he performed. He was professional and very pleasant. I will definitely call NEXT PLUMBING again and request OWEN when a plumbing problem occurs."
