"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Service Champions is a team-oriented company. They schedule multiple visits so there are different perspectives on the situation. They may not be the cheapest. You are paying for courtesy and service, and professionalism."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"Reuben was right on time and did exactly what he promised. One thing I know about people is whether they are caring or not, and certainly Reuben is one caring individual. I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water! By the way, he has tremendous respect for Vets, police and fire and active duty and gave me a great discount. He's on my permanent list for plumbing! Thank you Reuben for a job well done!"

"Honest and straightforwa, affordable and great service, , he changed my water heater promptly and at a great price!! Highly recommend it"

"He was thorough, knowledgeful, listened to my concerns, respectful and got the job done quickly and efficiently with my plumbing problem. I would recommend Alpine Heating, plumbing and electrical services to anyone...and do recommend them."

"I thought this company did a good job. They put in the furnace and it seems to work. The problem is they never got a permit for the work. Then they never got the inspection from the city. Both the permit and the inspection were part of the contract. I do not know anything about furnaces or furnace installation. Without the inspection, I do not know if the furnace was installed correctly. Is it sending carbon monoxide into our house? I must have called them 100 times in the last year to get the permit and inspection. they simply refuse. I have sent a complaint to the contractor state license board, I do not recommend this contractor."

"SoCal repaired the water heater under warranty. They could have charged me for a new water heater. Very honest, quick and professional"

"We are very happy with their prompt and friendly service."
