"Overall, it was a good experience. We used Consumer Reports to select an appropriate washer for our needs. Much to our surprise, Sears was listed. After some checking, we settled on one in their Kenmore line. The Sears salesman made it easy to buy, deliver, install the new washer and then haul away the old washer. He even told us about the city rebate for a high efficiency washer."
