"Long Holiday Weekend and my hot water heater quit. We had just moved in too. That should have been caught in inspection. Oh well. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy. We'll have him back again when we replace the sink and dishwasher."

"Steve removed existing kitchen Fossett as requested, Then installed our newly purchased kitchen Fossett, and replaced cold water shut off valve, and rehung a water hose going to the dishwasher, and put in a blank Where the soap dispenser had been .Dishwasher hose and the blank we’re done on his part without being asked he just noticed that they needed to be done. "Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.
I will use Aire Serve in the future and, based on what Cassie told me, I have confidence all their people are good, but I will request her for future service.
