"I don't like to write reviews very much and it's been a while since the project was completed, but the quality work done by Powells Pro at my home has been something that I have appreciated a lot recently and I felt like I needed to write a review. This is the second project they have done for me and on this project they helped put in radiant heat in a large part of our home and installed tile floors and replaced a sagging porch among other a few other things. One of the things that I appreciate most about Powells Pro is that on both projects they took our ideas and added to them in a way that created an outcome that was way better than we had expected. "I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment.
