"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"It was a pleasure being able to have Robert come out to help with my family s water heater issues. He was very friendly and is a well experienced plumber (I believe he told me 20 years as a licensed plumber). Response time was excellent, same day service, and the cost of service was more reasonable than any other estimates we received. "The services we received from Oak Plumbing was FANTASTIC from the customer service (the ladies that answered the phones), to the Technicians. The quote/price for the repairs was very reasonable, as will as quick service.
