"Kyle was prompt, courteous, and communicative. I received a call from him about an hour before he was due to arrive, he showed up on time, and explained everything he needed to do while he was here. He repaired a wiring problem in my kitchen that had knocked out my garbage disposal and one of the GFCI outlets, replaced my smoke detectors (I had no clue they were only supposed to be good for 10 years; I've been in the house 18 years and had never replaced them) with combination smoke/CO detectors, and replaced the ceiling fixture in the kitchen. He then did an inspection of the breaker box and made some changes there to bring it up to current code and offered to install a full house surge protector (which I had him do as well).
