This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."

"Two valves and a leak were repaired. I started with old rusted main that was leaking. While doing the work I asked to have the hose bib updated and the system sprung a leak that was also repaired. I was so impressed by them that, in spite of the price being a bit higher than the other companies that came out,I hired them on the spot. Due to the bizarre way my water heater is installed, the job ended up taking about 6 hours longer than we expected and I was pleasantly surprised that Dylan, the service technician, was surprised that I expected to be charged more. He told me that they honor the quoted price whether it takes 2 hours or 2 days.
