Called in the evening and spoke to Charolette, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Michael came the next morning around 10am and diagnosed the issue and had a quote within the hour, and even offered to do the work same day so we could have hot water again, By 3pm he and Brad had removed the old and installed a new water heater, rerouted the lines to its new location, installed new safer venting, and cleaned up like nobody had even been there. Great down home family team thats efficient and straightforward, they weren’t trying to up charge and gouge us. Highly recommend these guys!"

"Stupendous?in a word Stupendous! Atmos came out to check for a gas leak and sure enough there was one and they locked the meter down! I went to Angi?s list and searched on gas line plumber and J.Z. Plumbing came up as well as the other major names in the metroplex. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning Luis Zamora, the master plumber with J.Z. Plumbing came out and as well as the others and Luis was able to give me a deal I could not refuse. By Wednesday afternoon they began to totally replace the gas line from the meter to the house ?all 65 feet of it 24? deep! By the end of Thursday, they were done replacing the entire gas line enough to get the city inspection done late Friday morning? before the rains came on Friday. These guys busted their axx!!! Using J.Z. Plumbing easily saved me a few thousand dollars and I will gladly refer and use them again!"

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.
