Due to the speedy response to the well pump issue I asked them if they could schedule a visit to assess the leaking hot water tank ( I had another plumber scheduled but best appointment time was two weeks hence). "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

The crew came and finished installing a new heat pump and heat exchanger in a half day and then another individual returned the next day to install a new water heater. "Excellent company! My water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."

"The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."
