"Jose, the owner returned my call a few minutes after I had contacted him said he would be out within 30 to minutes to an hour. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish. He did the job gave me an outstanding estimate, and I was extremely pleased with the work that he and his assistant Frank did highly highly highly recommend. I worked in retail over 25 years. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. The last two service calls have been satisfactory although prices are slightly higher than competing companies. One of their phone representatives is not too enthusiastic about talking to me during the service call. Seemed as though she has a hard day or week or just hates her job.
There are lots of competition with plumbing and AC services in my area and we are willing to shop around for better prices and faster customer service, especially for our leaking water heater.

"The Gas company detected a gas leak and I really needed a good plumber fast - I didn’t know you needed a plumber to find and fix gas leaks in your house. I contacted several but Motion was the most reasonable and they explained exactly the process so I understood what was happening. They were prompt in fixing the problem the next day and very easy to communicate with with. They offered a great warranty and took the time to walk me through the work they performed. "Nothing but good stuff from this company. Adrian (owners' son) is very knowledgeable and professional. I got quotes from two other plumbers for my kitchen drainage pipe massive leak. They both wanted to open-up the floor, and one of them wanted to also break-open the walkway, due to the extremely narrow crawl space. Adrian was the only one of the three that actually took a look under the house and determined that his men could dig under the footing to get to the problem. They arrived at the time scheduled, and left 2 hours later when the job done. And when I say done, I mean the area completely cleaned-up including picking-up the old pipes. They also had to cut into the stucco to get to the vent pipe. It looks like a surgeon did it. The stucco repairman is going to have an easy repair as a result.
