"Doug responded IMMEDIATELY, was extremely thorough and pleasant, and did a superb job removing the old leaking water heater and installing the new one with all safety and security connections. He is VERY skilled in his work, considerate, and patient with clueless customers. He also provided the most value for the price. I'm happy to recommend him enthusiastically and gratefully."

"Great education from the tech. Professional and prompt. Unfortunately the water heater still isn’t working as well as it should"

"????? I can?t say enough good things about The Water Heater Guyz! Our water heater stopped working, and they were able to get us taken care of much faster than we expected. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what our options were. The installation was done quickly, and you could tell they take pride in their work. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left and even cleaned up the area when they were finished. It?s refreshing to find a company that?s honest, reliable, and doesn?t try to upsell you on things you don?t need. The price was fair, the service was outstanding, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you need a water heater repaired or replaced, I highly recommend The Water Heater Guyz. I?ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!"

"He was friendly, on time, and put in a new water heater. He showed me the weird old pipe he pulled out of the old water heater. It was good to know the new heater was installed and up to code."

"Matt was very professional. He is a lifesaver he removed and installed a new water heater in about 1 hr. I highly recommend Matt service. Thanks Matt."

"August 25, 2026 Rated 5/5, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Horacio Parker, a plumber with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing. On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. He communicated clearly and showed me how to shut off the water to the house and turn off the water heater to help prevent future flooding. Mr. Parker is an asset to Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and any company he provides service to Lovevasia Bey"

"They had a good program for heating and A/C like for $100 they come out and check in the fall to make sure the heating is running right and again in the spring to make sure the A/C is working right. They did their job. It was cheaper than anyone else and I got 2 services. The only thing they could do better is give me free heating and air conditioning."

"The tech that came to my home was the best out there. If you want any plumbing issue done right the first time, this is the place. Ask for Jeff; they don't come any better"
