"Our hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Tim was very professional and timely replacing our tank by Saturday evening. Fantastic response time and quality work. I can’t thank Tim enough other than recommending him to others and being sure to utilize him again if any other issues arise!"

"David and his coworker showed up on time and were very friendly and helpful. He explained what needed to be done, the costs, and how to maintain my heating/cooling pumps yearly. They were very professional and quick to get the maintenances done. I’d highly recommend this family owned and operated company for any heating and cooling systems service or repairs"

"The Plummer was upfront and able to diagnose the problem after previous Plummer had failed to do so. He was also very helpful in guiding us through next steps as we were not immediately financially prepared to fix the overall issue."

"Matt is the type of plumber that everyone is trying to find. Competent, punctual, honest, does the work the job requires without trying to take you for a ride. Initially we were quoted a crazy high number by another company to replace the water heater, we called Matt for a second opinion. He came, assessed that the situation, ordered a replacement part, and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Hot water is back on, He is a hero. Highly recommend!!!"

"Tim was wonder! Replied to my voice mail. Came to look at the project when he said he would be here. Kept me informed on a date and time. Arrived on time with his assistant Will. Did the job, cleaned and cleaned up. Just like service used to be!"

"These guys are great! The man who came to estimate the job had a medical emergency after leaving our home leaving the company very short handed. His partner not only got the information from our site visit but got our job scheduled within a week! He also pointed out some very ergent safety issues with our flexible gas line installed in 2000, but also saw an issue with our water heater put in by a subcontractor from Columbia Gas. Not only was the water heater not installed properly putting our safety at risk then we found out it was NEVER inspected by the city! They showed up on time and completed the job on time within their quote. They cleaned up after the job and were pleasent and curteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a plumbing job to be done without being taken to the cleaners."

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."
