"I've done high quality plumbing in many houses I've lived in and know the trade pretty well when it comes to homes and typical plumbing. I needed a water heater closet in a manufactured home with a ridiculous setup redone and 14 year old tank replaced. I knew what to do, but didn't have the $4000 crimper needed to do the best state of the art work in an area that would be hard to access once the tank was installed. After calling a few plumbers who would charge $500-700 to put Sharkbites and Pex in, or m-a-y-b-e sweat copper, Steve was nice enough to hear me out and allow me to assist with design, plan, choice of materials, and he and assistant Matt were perfect. The job is picture perfect, too....and, I'll tell you, Steve is ALL there. Great attitude, a legacy of his dad in the trade, and smart as a whip with knowledge of stuff going way back, which helps when working in 50 year-old, plus, homes. Steve likes to do water heaters and may be one of the best or THE best in Pioneer Valley. Don't mess with your hot water and other high end plumbing issues....Steve Marion is the real deal."

"My apt was for 12 noon and @ 1:30 I called Patriot Plumbing to find out where they were. I was told they did not receive the apt from Home advisor even though Home advisor sent me a reminder, but I would be next on the list. A tech ( Matt) called me back about 15 minutes later and said it would be 50-60 minutes ( about 3 pm. I agreed and a little after 3 they called to say it would be 4. They did show up @ 4. The 2 faucets were installed in 70 minutes. Both the dispatcher and the techs were courteous in all my dealings with them. My problem is with the time I wasted waiting without an initial call to say they would be late. An error on the part of Home advisor in not informing Patriot Plumbing of the booking or an error in Patriot Plumbing's checking their bookings?"
