Honestly, he removed, installed, cleaned up after himself, ran my credit card, patiently waited while I tracked down a credit card that wouldn't be denied, handed me my invoice and was driving away in no more than 45 minutes. "Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)"

"Posted my request on Saturday, received a call on Sunday, and had a tech on site Monday afternoon. He came knowledgeable and prepared for the job and, once he found a suitable replacement for the pump, had the system up and running in only a couple hours. He bolstered my self-esteem in pointing out the joiner that I couldn't get to budge was cemented in place by the installer. Reasonable price for replacement, as sumps are expensive, and he even rolled my hose back up after we used to prime the pump. Service oriented team!"

"During the extensive inspection and water heater flush, the technician (Kieth) identified a vast number of issues with my water heater that we were not aware of. It would be easy to think that he was trying to sell me extra services, except that he took to time to clearly explain all of the things as they were, and how they should be, and clearly pointed out all of the areas that our water heater was falling behind in. Many of the things he showed us explained some of the challenges that we were experiencing which caused us to order the service in the first place. Despite our 20 year old water heater still functioning, it was clear that we needed to replace it before something catastrophic happened.
We were able to go over our options and schedule the install of the new water heater the very next day. The new water heater with all the services, extended warranties and parts, cost us around $1,200. Although this was an unexpected cost, the performance and function of our new water heater is well worth it. Kieth was very professional and very friendly. He even installed our new garbage disposal during this same service. Benjamin Franklin might be pricey (I have no good frame of reference), but the service from Kieth was outstanding.
