He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"My daughter's own words:  "After my son decided to take the spout out of the wall of the tub and shower, i called Bud Hypes around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday! After leaving a message,thinking that they had left for the day, I got a call back with in 30 minutes from a technician saying he could be out the next morning first thing!  He gave me an estimate over the phone without even looking at it...Mike and Bobby came the next morning and got right to work, w/in the hour we had a new spout and pipe and it was cheaper than originally thought!  The technicians cleaned up after themselves and it looked like new!"  We were impressed and so was our 5 year old son!!  He asked us if we could call them the next time we needed something fixed, let's just say, I hope we don't, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Mike and Bobby again!!!
