Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Spokane, WA

"Long Holiday Weekend and my hot water heater quit. We had just moved in too. That should have been caught in inspection. Oh well. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy. We'll have him back again when we replace the sink and dishwasher."

"JLR also gave us tips on affording replacing this hot water heater in the future."

"I’ve hired Jeremy for several projects - from fixing the gas line to my fire pit, to adding a hose bib and flushing my water heaters. He is always on time, kind, courteous, respectful and efficient. We are lucky to have him in Spokane - he always delivers too-rated service and has competitive pricing. Recommend 100%!"

"These guys are on it! With a remote cabin at the far end of their service area on difficult terrain they were on the job within an hour, identified, consulted, and replaced a deteriorated pipe and had our Air BNB up and running in the same afternoon. I've used them multiple times and have yet to be disappointed! Don't waste your time shopping around. These guys are straight shooters."

"Taylor and his helper carson were absolutely amazing! They should get 15 Stars! Had a hot water pipe in my shower break. Settled with Steve Stokes that we would replace the piping just where it need be. After letting Taylor and Carson in my house. Letting him know what needed to be done and then having to leave to go back to work. Which I normally would not leave my house with anybody I didn't know in it! But Taylor and Carson took the most pride in their decisions to make sure that their customer was amazed by their work, Taylor and Carson went above and beyond! I would call on them a 100 times over. Super happy customer. This is why I will always use mainstream!"

"Workmen were on time, courteous, professional. They educated me about the pros and cons of tankless water heater vs. traditional. They were able to do installation of new water heater the same day. Their fee was very reasonable. They gave a six year guarantee on parts and labor."

"Great experience! Ryan is exactly who you want representing your business. Ryan replaced a water heater, and two toilets, as well as several small projects. There was no attempt to get us to buy or have installed anything. Ryan was up front about Pricing, and actually kept us from spending more than was necessary. The quality of work was spot on. Shaw Plumbing of Spokane will be our go to from now On."

"Travis the installer . Was a real pro. He relocated my water heater and re did the plumbing. Explained what he was doing as he did it. Looks so good. Very professional work done."

"The entire process from the initial phone call to completion of the project was very professional and very easy.  Richard understood the exact services  and skills I needed and he was able to schedule time to complete the installation within one day of my call which was superb.
The price he charged for the project was very, very reasonable.
We also had interesting and wide ranging non-plumbing related conversation.
I would highly, highly recommend him and if I need plumbing services again (which I hope, for my sake, I don't)  he is the very first call I will make.
