"Bulldog rooter arrived on time, and first they checked my septic tank to determine it wasn't full. Then they brought their camera inside and dropped it down the drain, found the blockage in my main line, brought in the machine to break it up, broke it up, and tested the line with the camera and some buckets of water. They spent around an hour and a half or so fixing the clog, and charged me only $170. It was a very fair price. They didn't leave a mess at all, even wiped the melted snow off my tile entry on the way out."

"They did really solid work. My water service line needed replacement and went right under our sidewalk and porch into our basement. Another company was cheaper but wanted to destroy part of the porch and sidewalk to do it. Shaw didn't. They made one hole in the middle of the yard. The only thing they dug up was some dead grass and reseeded after the fact. No porch or sidewalk repair. The tree in the front was fine. The flower box a few feet from the hole was unscathed. Their sales guys were easy to work with, and low pressure. It was a few hundred bucks more than the other company, but much less collateral damage and solid work."
