"Jo and Lee Allison are the owners of the company, and I found them via Angi. I was apprehensive in working with contractors before, but they changed my opinion. They were very attentive to my needs, not forcing anything at me. Listened carefully, and were very accommodating to help make the total project work right. Super friendly people that were nice to my wife and kids. They gave great value for reasonable price, and went above and beyond to ensure things I didn't even ask for were taken care of. Very competent in what they do, and I am happy with the two slabs they did for me of 13 yd3 in total. They also worked long days and even in the rain and at night to help make sure their work met the grade. I took care of the payment to the cement company and paid them separately, and it all worked out fine. I would definitely recommend them for their honesty, hard work, competency and good nature to take care of anyone with a home project."

I called Doug Fender (one of the owners), who made an immediate appointment with me to discus my plans to expand my patio, along with three other companies. Not only did he have a great team of employee's show up on time, they had everything organized from ground prep, rock deliver, concrete delivery, and temporary fencing down to the minute. I was very impressed with the owners showing up to make sure that I as a home owner was happy with each step of the process and that every employee was very efficient and knew their area of expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on a project you want done right. Just a note not only did the come in on budget, but the other companies I called did not have any where the game plans or explain the details of what to expect. "Mostly good. I chose this company because the designers were willing to listen to us about our vision and made appropriate suggestions. They were genuinely interested in making the project personal. Demolition and construction crew were on time. The work was was done with a minimum of disruption. They cleaned up every day and communicated what they were working on."

I called Local Dad repairs and spoke to Terri, she was very helpful setting up an appointment with Jeff, the owner. He showed up on time and we went over all the projects I needed to get done. He gave me a lot of information about my house and the work he could do for me. Within a week I had a firm estimate and we agreed on a start date. The work started on time and finished early. Jeff got a building permit and met with the inspector for me. Everything was done to my satisfaction, the crew cleaned up both areas very well.
