It *felt* like I was getting swindled at the time, but after the install I got online and did more research. I wasn't swindled - they had to bring the WH install up to code. Still, pricing on their extras DOES seem on the high end (i.e $80 for earthquake straps, $30 foam base, $100 valve install, etc).
