"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Knowledgeable and fast! Had access to the heat pump technology I wanted to install while replacing defunct water heater. Prompt and efficient. Super satisfied!"

"They came out as scheduled, had new water heater on the truck. Removal of old device followed by flawless and quick installation of new water heater. Definitely recommend Joseph and his apprentice!"

"We hired Trident plumbing to install a Flo Water Leak Detection device. We had a hard time finding a plumber who is familiar with the device. Also, many of the plumbers who came out were reluctant to do the work because the area where the main shut off valve is located, is very tight to reroute the pipe and install the Flo device. We received quotes ranging from $500 -$3500 and work statement which involved removing water heater or tearing out a wall from the closet to get to the main shut off valve. Luckily, Davon from Trident Plumbing was familiar and knowledgable with Flo. He was very creative in coming up with a configuration where the main shut off valve, PRV and Flo device can be easily accessible without removing water heater or tearing out a wall. Also, we really appreciated his suggestion to replace the 25 year old PRV and the main shut off valve with a ball valve which is much easier to turn off and on in case of emergency. After Davon completed the work, he performed a thorough check to ensure everything worked properly. He even checked the water heater for us. We will definitely hire Trident Plumbing, Davon, again for any future plumbing work. Thank you, Davon!"

"Jeremy, our journeyman plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. I think if some rookie or sophomore plumber encountered the slight uneven floor for the toilet install they may have backed out of the project but seeing Jeremy work his skills made the install a breeze. The angle stop valve replacement looked just as easy to install despite the old galvanized pipe that is over 70 years old can potentially be a challenge but he made great work of it."

"Mad Pipers is an INDEPENDENT plumbing business. Zach came right on time for my appointment. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and groomed for business. I needed a tub spout replaced for a reasonable fee. He looked at it, gave me a much more reasonable quote than the big name plumbers- made me happy! He got his tools and was done in 15 minutes. I recommend you call the Mad Pipers! - Lucky in Mukilteo"

"They replaced sink and reconnected all my water connections."

"Our new water heater was installed quickly, and it seems to be working. However, we are still waiting for the rebate form we were promised by the consultant. Also, the water heater itself is less than satisfactory. The temperature varies wildly, so taking a shower is an adventure."

"Installation went great. Very clean and professional and excellent customer service"
