"We had a toilet that was running and requested service. C.J. called in advance to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He noticed that in addition to the toilet running, it also had a small leak. It was very apparent once he pointed it out. He gave me two options with pricing. He did a GREAT job and we are very pleased with the results! While he was there, I asked him about my radiators. He examined all three and found that one had a problem that would prevent us from adjusting the temperature. I thought, we'd have to schedule another appointment but we got lucky that he had time to do that repair as well! We were very pleased with the service we received from C.J. and his patience explaining everything to us."

"Recently had a new steam oil boiler installed by Norm and Cory. They did a great job...got it done in a very timely manner. They were extremely professional, and everyone i dealt with at their company was extremely nice. They also installed a new WiFi thermostat, fixed a valve on one of my radiators, and leveled all of my radiators that weren’t level. I am very happy with All of the work done. They do a great job."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Woke up on a Tuesday morning, just happened to go downstairs to get some dog food. Squish, squish under my feet! Open the garage door, water everywhere with a hole in the side of my water heater, water pouring out! Turned off water, grabbed my phone and texted Richard at NE Renovations (this was before 7:30 in the morning). Got an immediate reply saying they could be there later that same morning, and told me what to do in the meantime. Jim (a wonderful plummer at NE Renovations), called around to find the water heater we needed, as it vents outside. By mid-afternoon, we were back up and running. Jim even helped clean up some of the water in the garage! I've written about these guys before and continue to have only great experiences. I only talked to them by phone that day and once again, trusted them to enter my home while the rest of us were at work. Pretty much no interruption to a busy day. I don't think that could have happened with another provider. These guys are top notch and really know their stuff. Couldn't recommend them more highly!"
