"Used them several times because the service has been great and posted a positive review but felt the need to add an update. I got a second quote for replacing old water valves with PSEG and the difference was in the thousands so ended up going with them. Despite telling AP I would go elsewhere, they kept calling me to pay for the estimate they gave me to complete the service and I got confused. A little turned off by that in addition to the price."

"I used them to install a gas line and hook up a new gas stove. Vince was through and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. I will be using Vince going forward for all of my plumbing needs!"

In both cases, he discovered and patiently explained upgrades and replacements, which he performed expertly. He also answered all of my questions with care â including the dumb ones â and explained the charges clearly. Zach didnâ t try to upsell me anything unnecessary â he did what he needed to do and didnâ t do what he didnâ t need to do. Finally, heâ s a very nice and polite guy, which made the event comfortable and trustworthy.
