"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"Excellent customer service. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

Travis provided detailed information and answered all of my questions to better help me understand between options when I was choosing a new water heater for my home. "One of Gold Medal service rep stopped by to assets the project. He was very knowledgable and informative. He explained the benefit of having this type of service done by a professional person. I immediately hired them to install the gas line for my dryer. Unfortunately, I could not complete the job due to family circumstances. The rep understood and was the job was canceled without any penalty."
