"Explained to us why a tankless water heater was not right for us. Gave us the option of a recirculating pump. Wife and I are both very pleased with the outcome of the job"

"A little high priced for a toilet repair. The stopper was not fitting on the seal when you flushed causing it to run constantly. $395 was a pretty high in my opinion for a $20 toilet kit. We should have done that ourselves. Water Heater did have problems and we were happy to get a new one and have installed. There again, paid a high price for water heater."

"Michael was very friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE! He went above and beyond to insure that my project was completed! As my repair was a surprise for my wife, he advised we may not be finished before she came home from work, I was a little disappointed, but I could appreciate his honesty. However, even with having to grab a few supplies that he didn’t have on hand, he still BEAT THE CLOCK!! Woo-Hoo! He even made a few other needed repairs for me, that weren’t on my request. I would HIGHLY recommend him! FIVE STAR SERVICE!! I would ABSOLUTELY use him again"

"Very professional and personable. Very upfront about pricing and options for repairs. The request was followed up on the next morning, and the job was completed in a timely manner the next day. Thank you!"

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"Ace Repair Plumbing sent Doug out to look at my old water heater that had begun leaking. I was given a thorough explanation of what was needed to replace the water heater and bring everything up to code. "Checked the entire house and water heater.? We discussed the water in depth, it would need to be replaced in the next year and it was 10 years old, at the end of it's life.? Adjusted all toilets and installed two new flappers, so the toilets don't run constantly and saves water.? Checked the shower and replaced the shower head.? We were entirely satisfied with the service."
