"Just started working with Markool this summer and they have been fantastic! When I need service, they are so fast and every person we have interacted with has been polite, knowledgeable and personable. We unexpectedly needed to replace our system during a heat wave and they were super. So responsive and quick. I would highly recommend Markool for all of your HVAC needs!"

"They replaced my leaking Poly water line from the street to the house with a new copper line. They tried to pull the new line through but were unsuccessful so they eventually had to trench through my yard to install the new copper line. In order to do this, they did have to cut through my concrete driveway which I had to get patched. After some adjustments were made with the new water pressure valve the system works great."

"Dave The Plumber was awesome. They replaced and upgraded my water heater with ease and no mess. I found the price the be very reasonable, too. They were very polite with great communication. I knew what was going on every step. I definitely recommend their services!"

"All work was done quickly and professionally. The cost for replacing smoke detectors was reasonable but the cost of replacing flush mount light fixtures was much higher."

"Easy to communicate with, very efficient, timely, and the most affordable for great work and quality items. Rob installed and removed a water heater, replaced two faucets, and replaced rusted bolts and handle on the two toilets. Will be keeping Rob as a trusted plumber for any future jobs."

"Our water heater died, and was leaking. We called after hours, and owner answered the phone. Technician came out next day, and he showed up on time and replaced the heater. Plumber was very courteous, professional, and helpful with advice. No complaints - work is guaranteed. Only downside: price for the water heater itself was high - could have bought comparable unit much cheaper at HD or Sears, but would then have needed to have it delivered and installed by the plumber anyway. Their work is was very good, which was most important and we would definitely use them again."

"F. H. Furr did the tasks I requested. Two tasks required the lighting be replaced."

"Very professional service and reasonably priced water system installed in my house. Installed a whole home filtration system to privide continous purified water through the home. Highly recommend!"

"Darren, the Salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very low pressure sale tactics, but laid out all of the options for you. The crew came and finished installing a new heat pump and heat exchanger in a half day and then another individual returned the next day to install a new water heater. Great communication and attention to detail every step of the way! Would highly recommend!"

"They were almost 2 hours late from the scheduled time. I had to reach out to them for a status. The techs were courteous and performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly."
