Mitch walked me through what we thought was the problem and was kind enough to offer to help me fix it myself in an effort for me to save some money. Mitch had one of his guys come over to get started on the work arrived at 11:30 a.m. Monday didn't leave till after midnight Tuesday morning and the job was done with great care to detail. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. "I received excellent service from Jones Services. Josh was the technician that came out. He was very professional, pleasant and thorough in his testing and troubleshooting of the problem with my A/C not working. Turned out, the A/C unit is fine and my thermostat is fine. The GFI switch for the condensation pump on the furnace had tripped due to a power surge; which caused the thermostat to not be able to turn the A/C. Since no parts had to be replaced or repaired, I was only charged the service fee, which is minimal in my opinion. I'm so impressed with service provided, that I signed up for their perpetual home maintenance program. I now feel like I will have peace of mind for all my electrical, furnace, A/C and water heater maintenance and care needs."
