They ordered the unit and venting and began working. It was a two day installation because of the Covid delay on shipping the item. After removing the old tank, they installed the new wiring and turned my water on for use in the house overnight. The rest of the project went very smoothly. Ryan stayed with the job the entire time. The owner and another technician came by periodically to see if anything was needed. I couldn t be happier with the job. They cleared all job materials at the end of each day. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for anyone replacing hot water heaters, cleaning laundry drains , and repairing leaking toilets because after they finished the hot water heater, I hired them to come back and do two additional jobs at my house."

"Josh of D&J plumbing came out to install and troubleshoot the water heater. Install went well but after a couple of hours still no hot water. Josh came back out to asses the cause. He determined that I had a leak under my slab foundation. He installed a cut off valve to stop the continuous running of the water. After contact my insurance company and verifying with leak detection to pin point the area of the leak. Josh was booked up and couldn’t get back to me in time so I went with another provider for the leak repair. I am pleased with work and professionalism that Josh displayed and I would use them again if needed."

He told my his estimate was as good as it can be based on late day service, whatever that means.
