"Angel replaced the water meter in my basement. He came on time, gave an estimate during the first visit, showed up on time for the next appointment to replace the water meter, pulled the permit in a timely manner for inspection. He is very professional and offers reasonable/competitive pricing. He also wore a mask all the time and offered free advice on the maintenance of my water heater. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to my friends."

"Eric Mouradian (owner) responded promptly to my request for urgent replacement of a newly-broken hot water heater. He showed up on time, provided outstanding service, cleaned up after the job, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!"

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"Harry arrived per appointment. He did a check on heating system to confirm operability for upcoming winter. He explained the relationship between roof equipment and condo equipmentI I mentioned to him that my condensate line from AC was trickling water during humid weather. Within minutes he replaced a coupling, and leak stopped. I was very pleased with his quick fix on this, He made Sila look very good in my opinion. Nice to see staff capable of heading off a problem."

"I liked Jamey very much, he was very reasonable and very professional. We decided to use the same brand boiler that we were replacing and he did not have that brand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in replacing a boiler."

"David helped me install Heat Pump Water Heater that I purchased from Home Depot. It was his first time installing a heat pump water heater but he made sure it gets installed as per code and right way. He worked with me to install stop valve in the end."

"I called Brandon for a hot water heater problem. To my surprise he came within two hours on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable, personable, and his fee was the best I highly recommend BGC. For all your plumbing needs. Brandon went above and beyond. When I mentioned a problem with my kitchen sink he took the time and fixed it. He is the best."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."
